Do you want to join Tara's SOTM?

Well if you do,(and I know you do)there are some stuff you should take note of... I will start from the rules first,then the points to note and so on...

Rules :
Private blogs are absolute NO NOs
Vulgarities and obscene pictures are NOT to be visible on the blog
No hiatus or MIAs or anything similar
Banner is to be visible on your blog
You must credit ALL resources that you took information or something from. If you are caught, you can kiss 'bye-bye' to this SOTM...
No blogshops or resource sites.So sorry if you do.
You must post about Tara's blog and recommend it.If not,your marks might be lower than someone else's even though your layout is same as his or hers. For me,I think that she has a nice blogskin
You can only use English,Melayu or Indonesian

Points to note:
This contest must have a minimum of 10 participants,and a maximum of 50 participants
Link the banner to Tara's blog
Post about this contest ONCE simplicity,kawaiiness,colour combination,creativity,neatness,your popularity,originallity and the way you treat you taggers,followers and affies too~!

Post about this contest AT ONCE after you get the confirmation message

Important:
Joining is from NOW till 19th December or when the maximum number of participants reaches
Judging will be from the 19th to 28th of December *whispers* "Becareful Tara will stalk you, with other judges." *whispers*
28th to 30th of December is the time to make choice for the winners
The results will be out on the 31st December,1st FebruarJanuary or when Tara finishes making the gifts

Winners(1st to 3rd)will get a SIGGY,BUTTON,BANNER and an ADVERTISING SPOT(3 months,2months,and 1 month respectively)
Merits(4th to 6th) will get a SIGGY,BUTTON and BANNER
Other winners(Pinkish blog,Cutest blog,Best Posting etc.)will get a BUTTON and a BANNER.
